Regent Estates (Pvt) Ltd. was established in January 2015, as a provider of real estate services, headquartered in Kotte and having business operations in Western, Southern & North Western provinces with an aim to have an island-wide operation within a short span of time. Our strategic aim is to be sustainable in the long term on the strength of our land bank. We aim to manage and market around 10 company-owned, syndicated, and joint venture land projects across the country at any given moment.
